PAVLOS SAMIOS
Pavlos Samios was born in Athens in 1948. He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts where he now is also a professor of Fine Arts for Byzantine Traditional Painting. Samios works portray a symbolic and metaphysical vision even though they embrace aesthetic reality. The perspective used in his art work is often reminiscent of Byzantine painting.
