How can I buy an item from Artio ?

After you have added your items to your shopping cart, click on the 'Get Quote' button. We will receive this and generate an quote based on the most up-to-date prices regarding your selected artwork(s) and your location. After a maximum of 24h you will receive your quote which you can pay by credit card. As soon as the payment goes through we will send you a confirmation and your items will be soon on your way.

Do I need an Artio account to place an order ?

Yes. You can set up one in no time at all and gain access to new artwork notifications and special offers.

Which methods of payment do you accept through your site ?

All valid credit or debit cards are accepted, or you can pay with paypal. All payments get processed through Paypal's Merchant Services.

I'm not sure I want to proceed with my quote.

No worries, the quote generated will automatically become void if the payment has not been completed in 7 days from the time you have received it.

Do you accept international orders ?

Yes we do. All payments will be taken in Euros. Please note that shipping varies for each region of the world.

How much do you charge for postage ?

All postage charges are based on your total order value and location. You can review this in the quote that you will receive after you submit a quote cart.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

For inland deliveries (Cyprus) please allow for five working days from the time your order took place. For European orders please allow a week. For the rest of the world please allow for up to two weeks. Bear in mind that items are sometimes delayed in customs, which is beyond our control. Customers in Cyprus can also opt to pick up from our premises by contacting us beforehand.

How will I know my order has been sent ?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation.
